Home Purchase Scheme

There are now updated criteria for accessing the Home Purchase Scheme. Instead of relying on a fixed maximum household income, the scheme now uses the new Gwynedd Home Purchase Scheme Calculator. This tool allows local people to check quickly and easily whether they may qualify for support. We’re pleased to share that these changes mean more households than ever are likely to be eligible for help to buy a home through the scheme.
