Transport for Wales embarks on an environmental mission with local community council

Transport for Wales embarks on an environmental mission with local community council. A disused car park will be transformed into a new community woodland through a new partnership between Transport for Wales and Pwllheli Town Council. Within the nature reserve in the centre of Pwllheli, there is a disused car park that is about half an acre in size. This project will allow the council to remove the car park and replace it with a woodland, enhancing the local area and improving biodiversity and wellbeing opportunities in the area.
